Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, include:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photo evidence

We will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

We do not offer refunds for:
• Wrong size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
